If you like baked, stuffed shrimp, you’re going to love this easy recipe for it. It’s made with the same ingredients that my Mom makes her classic recipe with, but it takes less than half the time. In under a 1/2 an hour (including cooking time) you will be enjoying this easy baked stuffed shrimp and may never make it the traditional way again.

  • 1-2 Stalks Celery, Finely Chopped
  • Pepper or red pepper flakes depending on how spicy you like it.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Rinse shrimp, pat them dry and lay in a single layer in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Lay them flat or lay them tails up if you have a larger quantity.

Sprinkle your choice of pepper over shrimp.

Melt butter in a large saute pan.

Add garlic to the butter and cook until fragrant.

Add celery and saute until just slightly soft.

Remove from heat.

Add Ritz Cracker crumbs into pan.

Combine until thoroughly mixed and butter is absorbed into cracker crumbs.*

Pour mixture evenly over shrimp.

Bake for 14 minutes at 375.

ENJOY!

*If you feel that the mixture is too dry, add more melted butter or 1/2 cup white wine.
