I don’t know about you, but I’ve been a little stressed lately? The holidays seemed to come on fast and furiously this year. In mid-November, I made a quick trip to Dallas to help my daughter paint, in preparation for moving into her new home. And then, BAM! Thanksgiving. It fell so late in the month that my Christmas prep has suffered too. Oh well, it’s part of the insanity of the season, right? Despite this chaos, Bruce and I have made this easy, baked, white, fish recipe several times this month. It’s that easy! This recipe is one that I’ve adapted from a recipe on allrecipes.com. It’s so easy that you can whip it up in 5 minutes or less, but it’s so good that you will make it time and time again. I hope you enjoy…

We usually serve this with steamed broccoli and warm, crusty rolls. And a side of lemon, tartar sauce (or both) never hurt anyone. Enjoy!
